REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

OUR GUARANTEE

We stand behind Stavewell. If you're not satisfied with your 
purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened, 
unused products.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To start a return, email info@stavewell.com within 30 days of 
delivery with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return

We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and 
a return shipping address.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unopened and unused
- The item must be in its original packaging with the seal intact
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- You'll need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health 
and safety reasons, which is standard for dietary supplements.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend 
using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt 
of your returned item.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the 
approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed 
to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time 
it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, 
contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stavewell.com with 
photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge — no 
return required.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different 
product, please request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time from your 
account page or by emailing info@stavewell.com. Cancellations made 
at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment will prevent 
the next charge. Orders already in fulfillment cannot be cancelled.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not purchased directly from stavewell.com
