SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories
(Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands).
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on
weekends or US holidays will begin processing the next business day.
SHIPPING TIMES
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days from when your order ships.
Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days total (processing
+ shipping).
SHIPPING COSTS
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Orders under $50: $8.99 flat-rate shipping.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a
tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
DELAYS
Occasionally shipments are delayed by weather, carrier issues, or
high-volume periods. We'll notify you if your order is significantly
delayed.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address,
refused, unclaimed), we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply. If you'd like a refund instead,
the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive
it, please:
1. Check with neighbors and household members
2. Wait 48 hours — sometimes packages are marked delivered early
3. Contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
4. If still unresolved, email info@stavewell.com and we'll help
resolve it
We aren't responsible for packages once they're marked delivered,
but we'll always work with you to find a fair solution.
