Cancellation policy

You can pause, skip, or cancel your Stavewell subscription at any time — no phone calls, no waiting periods, no questions asked.

To cancel: log into your account, go to Manage Subscriptions, and cancel with one click. Or email info@stavewell.com and we'll cancel it for you same day.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge will take effect immediately. If a charge has already been processed, that order will ship as normal but no further charges will occur.

We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already shipped, but if something went wrong or you're unhappy for any reason, email us — we'll sort it out.
